Insurance We Accept
Dr. Olack accepts Medicare, AHCCCS, and most commercial insurance plans. Please contact our office regarding your specific plan. In some cases, you may require a referral from your primary care physician prior to your consultation. Please contact your PCP or our office for more information.

Q: Does board certification matter?
A: Absolutely! Choosing your plastic surgeon should begin by checking for board certification by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. This ensures that your surgeon has completed the proper training, passed rigorous written and oral exams, and adheres to a strict code of ethics.
Q: Is Dr. Olack certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery?
A: Yes.
Q: How long has Dr. Olack been practicing?
A: He graduated from medical school in 2003 and finished his surgical training in 2009. He has been practicing since that time. He has been in Arizona since 2010, and full time in the White Mountains since 2011.
Q: How much do consultations cost?
A: Cosmetic consultations are complimentary. Insurance consultations will be billed through your insurance carrier.
Q: Do you have a payment plan?
A: We use CareCredit for financing. We can help you with the application process at the time of your consultation.
Q: Does insurance cover my surgery?
A: Yes, in some cases. Dr. Olack can give you a specific answer during your visit.
Q: Do you offer a cash discount?
A: Yes, for certain procedures. We can give you more information at the time of your consultation.
Q: How much do procedures cost?
A: All procedures and patients are individual. We will give you an exact cost for your procedure during your consultation.
Q: Can I have multiple procedures at one time?
A: Yes. In many cases, we can combine procedures to give you the best results while minimizing your cost and your downtime.
Q: What is a mommy makeover?
A: A mommy makeover is a very popular procedure that consists of a tummy tuck and breast surgery – sometimes an augmentation, reduction, or a lift. We will very frequently do liposuction at the same time as well.
Q: Does a tummy tuck remove stretch marks?
A: Yes. In most cases, a tummy tuck removes most, if not all, of your stretch marks.
Q: Will fat reappear after liposuction or Coolsculpting?
A: No, because the fat cells are gone in that area. You can still gain weight however.
Q: How long does Botox last?
A: Most patients see it last approximately 3 months.
Q: Will I have a scar after surgery?
A: Yes. All surgical procedures have scars. Every effort is made to place your scar in a non-noticeable or hidden location to minimize the overall appearance of the scar.
Q: What laser services do you offer?
A: Laser hair removal. Laser resurfacing. Photofacial. Laser vein treatment.
Q: Am I a candidate for surgery?
A: Probably. Dr. Olack can give you a specific answer to this question during your visit.
